Refund Policy Damaged goods returned for a refund must be accompanied by a Scrapbook Studio receipt. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of the store owner.
Class Policy Payment of classes is required at time of booking the class to secure your place. Refunds will be given for cancellations received prior to 48 hours of the class being held (or at the tutors discretion). If you are unable to pay in person, payment can be made via credit card over the phone, or cheque in the post if required.
Voucher Policy Vouchers must be redeemed in full and within 1 year of purchase date. Vouchers are treated as cash - so unfortunately if you lose your voucher it cannot be redeemed.
